Pete is a very sweet pit bull male found in my neighborhood by my dogs. They escaped, and he wanted to play. Needless to say, I have too many to keep him, and I am hoping to find him a good, loving home.

Pete was fully vet checked at the clinic where I work. He is heart worm negative, and has been given his first month of preventative. He has had this DA2PP and Rabies vaccine. He was also wormed. He is not yet neutered, though I intend on doing this before he goes to a home.

Pete does well with other dogs, does not seem excited by cats, and is very friendly with humans. He tolerated all of our minstrations at the clinic with no aggression whatsoever. He does not seem easily startled or nervous.

Pete is a very quick learner, he has sit and down pretty well, though stay and heel are difficult as of yet. Please help him find a foster or adoptive home!!! Pete is housebroken and crate trained (though he really doesn't like it very much).

we are asking a $75 adoption fee to cover the costs of vaccinating and neutering him (to be done before he is adopted)
