    His testicles must have dropped already. As soon as thy do, a dog can get nuetered.

    Im sorry to say Ive cut back on all my Rescues untill Ive moved to my new location and my Brand New Kennels are built.

    I also only deal with those who would bring to my Facility or will ship to me.

    I just checked the site, and Jasper is now in the "Happy Tails" section. So, Jasper has been adopted.
