Frankie was rescued on 6/8/11. She is very people and dog friendly and did extremely well with handling. Sweet and wanted to play with another dog. Need a little work on her dog manners but she's now doing great. She has been living in a home that found her as stray for many months and she gets along with everyone. Kiko was rescued from being chained on a vacant lot with 3 other dogs for the first few years of her life. When she was first rescued she was skin and bones at 38 pounds and had heartworms. Now at a normal weight she is 50 pounds and successfully undergone heartworm treatment. This little girl is a real catch! She LOVES people and likes to play very nicely. She is a super nice mellow girl who likes to just lounge around in the office. She has excellent manners and is okay just being with people rather then all over people. She would do excellent in a home where she is the only pet as she prefers to be top dog!

Betty was abandoned here with her nine puppies. Of course placing the puppies took several months as we were very careful and now it is Bettys' turn.

Betty is so charming, she loves children, adults, other dogs and cats. She loves camping and hiking and days at the park.

Azure was stabbed 7 times with a samarai sword by her owner's boyfriend back in January. She was later relinquished to the Pet Rescue Center in Mission Viejo, CA. If anyone could pass on her information to contacts, etc., we are trying to find her a home before Christmas.

Nika is a 6 month old beauty that was adopted at 8 weeks old from the shelter. So we have been fostering this beautiful lug for quite awhile now. We got him fixed and vetted and planned to socialize and train him and find him a new home.
