    I have 2 of these. They have Velcro. If I had the choice I would buy these again before any other out there. These are way stronger than anything I have seen i a store and for 1/2 of the price.

    I also recommend this product. The only difference between these and the ones that I prefer are that mine have velcro added to further secure the excess collar once ran through the double keepers.
