The Dogs Who Found Me (Author: Ken Foster)
Although not just about Pits, quite a few make an appearance in this well written book about Ken's life ... and the dogs that find him (Sula, his Pit girl, was such a 'foundling' and is featured on the cover).
Ken also addresses PETA's hypocracy of soliciting donations with pictures of abused/neglected Pits, when - in fact - they advocate for the extinction of the type.
A good read, very engaging.

Absolutely LOVED it...Dogs I have met was also quite good! I just never want to live in the same town at the same time as Ken Foster...NYC for 9/11, Florida for that crazy hurricane season a few years back and then New Orleans for Katrina...jeez, what lousy luck!
