Has anyone else attempted to work their dog in any venue? Yes, we know that he produces some wonderful showring dogs. They are quite pretty.

But my dog, Boogie x Hogtown Light, was a catchdog and one of the best I've ever owned. He wasn't smart...he wasn't a thinker....but he had good instinct and great drive and worked well in a pack of other dogs (minimal dog reactivity). But besides Tanya and some other people she knew directly, I haven't heard of anyone else doing anything with their "Boogie dogs" other than putting them into the showring and claiming breeding rights.

I'm just curious to hear about what else these dogs have accomplished. And to those breeding them, what are you crossing them to?

Does weight pull count?

I know a couple (not a couple people, but an actual couple, man and wife) that have done weight pull with them.

My girl Rosita (from Igor x Mason) doesn't do any official work, but she's a great jogging buddy and grandma snuggler.

They seem to have gone the way of many other lines of "ADBA dogs"... My dog and his line would be included.

Well since Boogie is a show dog for the ring wouldn't you really only be interested in his offspring because of that? I wouldn't get a pup from a GR CH dog to let it take up space on my couch lol
